Minas Shirozian

Minas Shirozian has over 19 years of work experience in software engineering, consulting, and development. In 2021, they became the Head of Software Engineering at Exchangelodge. In 2020, they were a Principle EQS Consultant at Infosys, where they were responsible for creating a DevSecOps CoE Reference Guide and Maturity Model. In 2018, they were the Vice President of Software Development at Dakota, where they managed the development of their CRM & CMS based SaaS platforms. In 2017, they were the Sr. Director of Market Access Engineering at IntegriChain, where they were instrumental in the integration of PharmaMetrics as one of the three main segments. From 2009 to 2017, they were the Outsourced CTO Consultant at MiRo IS Solutions, LLC, where they provided technology due diligence, strategic planning & product roadmaps, management/mentorship/coaching, and M&A director services. From 2009 to 2017, they were also the Vice President of IS Solutions at PharmaMetrics, Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing the company's overall technical direction. In 2008, they were a Project Manager at AstraZeneca. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Application Development Manager at GMAC Home Services, where they were responsible for providing a broad range of services. From 2002 to 2006, they were the Manager of the Integration Team at GMAC/Residential Capital Corporation, where they established standards, practices, and guidelines for the enterprise integration department. Finally, from 2002 to 2006, they were a Senior Consultant at Wyeth, where they were initially contracted as a Senior Documentum analyst/developer.

Minas Shirozian attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration, majoring in Management Information Systems. In March 2021, Minas Shirozian obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
