Cecilia Kröjs

Cecilia Kröjs has over 30 years of diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and management. Cecilia is currently the Head of People & Culture at Excillum, where they focus on organizational development and coaching leadership. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Svedea, where they aimed to transform the traditional insurance industry. Cecilia also served as the Head of Human Resources at Excillum, where they focused on balancing structure and culture during the company's growth. In addition, they have held positions such as HR Manager at Aphelion, Marketing Manager at RaySearch Laboratories AB, HR and Office Manager at Lingvitae AB, and Administration Manager at Certezza AB. Their experience spans industries including technology, finance, biotechnology, and medtech.

Cecilia Kröjs obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Human Resources from Stockholm University between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including ICP-LEA Agile People Leadership, Agile People Coach, and ICP-AHR Agility in HR, all from ICAgile. These certifications were obtained in October, November, and December of 2020, respectively.
