Jared Olsen

Jared Olsen has been working in the Human Resources field since 2006 when they became an HR Representative at BMC West. In 2007, they were promoted to HR Assistant Manager at Larry H. Miller's Megaplex Theatres. In 2009, they became an HR Manager at ENTECH. In 2011, they began teaching as an Adjunct Professor at DeVry University. From 2012 to 2013, they were an HR Manager and COO at Xima Software. In 2019, they became the Head of Customer Experience at Motivosity. In 2021, they began their current role as VP of People Experience at JobNimbus. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder and President of REYFYA, an avenue to share their HR, workplace culture, and leadership philosophies.

Jared Olsen received their MBA from the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011. Jared obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Utah from 2007 to 2009. In 2008, they obtained their Salt Lake Valley Health Department Manager Certified in Food Protection from the National Restaurant Association and their ServSafe Certification from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. In 2010, they obtained their OSHA 10 from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute. In 2013, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM. In 2015, they obtained their Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM. In 2022, they obtained their JobNimbus Certified from JobNimbus.
