Nicolas Trombert

Nicolas Trombert is the current Director of Corporate Development at Exclusive Group. Nicolas has over 20 years of experience in the field, including 11 years with Omnes Capital (formerly Credit Agricole Private Equity) where they served as an Investment Manager on the mid-cap LBO team. In this role, they were responsible for LBO, OBO, and growth capital deals in a variety of industries, including B2B distribution, waste management, leasing, and temporary staffing.

During their time with Omnes Capital, Nicolas was also involved in several corporate development projects, including the set-up of an infrastructure fund, the launch of an LBO fund and team in Italy, and the development of an LBO fund dedicated to a wealth management network.

In 2011, Nicolas left Omnes Capital to take on the role of Director of Development at Studialis, where they were a member of the Executive Committee. In this role, they contributed to the strategic plan and was in charge of acquisitions policy and the monitoring of strategic development projects. Nicolas was also involved in the Group's key financial matters.

Nicolas began their career in 2000 with a one-year internship at Naxicap Partners / Natixis Private Equity.
