Deanna Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Deanna is currently the APAC HR Director at Exclusive Networks, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at nbnTM Australia as the Executive Manager HR Network Engineering & Security, Legal & Regulatory, and Strategic Services from 2020 to 2022, and as the Executive Manager HR, NEO from 2019 to 2020.
Before their time at nbnTM Australia, Deanna held the role of Principal Manager HR at Sydney Metro on a contract basis from 2018 to 2019. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Senior HR Business Partner/Head of HR - Corporate Divisions at Ausgrid.
Deanna has also been associated with Australia Post for a significant period. Their roles at Australia Post include Senior HR Business Partner, Enterprise Corporate & Government Sales from 2015 to 2016, Head of HR, Sales, Marketing, and Product from 2014 to 2015, Senior HR Business Partner from 2013 to 2014, Future Skills Program Manager from 2011 to 2013, HR Business Partner, People & Community, Postal Services from 2010 to 2011, and National Manager Distribution Learning and Development, People & Community - Postal Services from 2008 to 2011.
Prior to their tenure at Australia Post, Deanna was the Manager Workforce Capability NSW/ACT from 2003 to 2008 at Australia Post. Deanna also worked at the University of Western Sydney as a Graduate Member of the Board of Trustees from 2000 to 2004, Roads and Traffic Authority as the Manager Learning and Development from 1998 to 2003, and Olympic Roads and Transport Authority (ORTA) as the Senior Manager Volunteer Recruitment and Training from 1999 to 2000.
Deanna Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University. Deanna also possesses a Hogan Assessments Certification, obtained from Hogan Assessments.
