Erin Levy

Erin Levy has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Erin began their career at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2003, where they served as a Senior/Staff Accountant. In this role, they prepared and analyzed monthly financial statements, managed the monthly close process, and reconciled general ledger accounts.

In 2007, Erin joined Braddock Financial as a General Ledger Accountant. Here, they established procedures and created accounting reports for three newly formed subsidiary companies. Erin also performed daily and monthly accounting operations, including financial reporting, budget variance review, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciling.

In 2008, Erin transitioned to Exclusive Resorts, initially working as a General Ledger Accountant. In this role, they tracked, analyzed, and reported costs for various company departments and prepared annual budgets for homeowner association costs, property taxes, and risk management. Over the years, Erin took on increasingly responsible positions within the company, including Accounting and Budget Manager, Director of Budget and Accounting, and currently, the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In their current role, they lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, supports business strategic analysis, conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting to ensure efficient financial operations.

Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated strong financial acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Erin Levy has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Central Washington University. Additionally, they have studied Accounting and Business/Management at a Community College.
