Steve is the Chairman and Majority Owner of Exclusive Resorts. Steve first invested in Exclusive Resorts in 2003 and acquired majority ownership in 2004. The company has since become the world’s foremost private vacation club. Previously, Steve spent 20 years as a pioneer in interactive services as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of America Online and as the Chairman of AOL Time Warner. He is also the founder and current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Revolution LLC, a company focused on building significant and innovative consumer-driven businesses.
