Fanny Champanhac

Fanny Champanhac is a seasoned professional in human resources and communication with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Responsable RH & Communication at Exco since July 2022, Fanny has established the HR structure, managed a team of four, and spearheaded various HR initiatives including recruitment, training, and internal communication. Prior to Exco, Fanny held multiple HR roles at Stanley Security France, where responsibilities included managing training policies, implementing an HRIS for training, and overseeing internal mobility processes. Fanny's career also includes positions at SAVOYE, SPARTOO.COM, JTEKT Corporation, and CETAF, providing a solid foundation in recruitment, communications, and administrative management. Fanny holds a Master's degree in Management specializing in Human Resources from Grenoble IAE, along with additional qualifications in business management and HR.
