Mike Tincher

Mike Tincher has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike started their career as a Director of Counseling Services and Counselor at Odessa College from 1992 to 1997. Mike then worked as a Program Manager and Crisis Intervention Specialist at Spokane Mental Health from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they served as a Volunteer Coordinator for the City of Seattle from 2002 to 2007. From 2007 to 2016, they worked as a Consultant at their own company, The Tincher Group, LLC. Mike then joined The CS Team as a Vice President and Career Consultant from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Senior Marketing Director at Executive Career Partners, where they helped clients with their job search campaigns. Currently, they are the Director at WIEDERSPAHN-RADOMSKY CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES, INC.

Mike Tincher has pursued higher education in the field of Higher Education Administration through an EdD - ABD program at Baylor University. Mike has also completed a Master's Degree in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Wayland Baptist University.
