Steve Smith is an accomplished business and executive coach with extensive experience in management training and consulting. As the President and Founder of GrowthSource Coaching since April 2011, Steve has focused on empowering business owners and executives through mindset coaching, management consulting, and marketing strategies. Currently the CEO of Executive Coaches of Orange County, Steve provides no-cost executive coaching to nonprofit organizations in Orange County, CA. Previous roles include leadership positions at OneCoach, Batesville Casket Company, Carter Wallace, Reckitt & Coleman, and L&F Products, where Steve led teams and developed successful sales, marketing, and operational strategies. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Frostburg State University.
