Helena Demuynck is a seasoned professional and founder of multiple initiatives focused on empowering women and enhancing leadership capabilities. As the Founder and Publisher of The Conscious Publishing House, Helena launched the book "It's Your Turn," aimed at helping women break societal barriers. Helena also serves as a Women-Centered Coach and Conversational Intelligence Facilitator at oxygen4leadership, a Transformation Guide and Holistic Retreat Organizer for The Solano Experience, and the Founder and Podcast Host of the Boundary Breakers Collective. In addition, Helena is an Associate at The Executive Coaching Consultancy, Managing Editor of HR TODAY, and the Founder and Talk Host of The Authentic Leadership Roadshow. Helena holds advanced degrees in law and coaching and has developed a strong focus on facilitating systemic organizational change through executive coaching methodologies.
