Paul Velasco

Paul Velasco has extensive experience in executive education and talent management. Paul started their career as a Lecturer and Associate Director at the University of Virginia, where they developed educational programs and fostered research collaborations. Paul then moved on to the University of Michigan, where they served as the Director of Instructional Technology and was responsible for recruiting students and marketing the EMBA programs. At the University of Notre Dame, they held various roles, including Sr. Associate Director and Director of Executive Education, where they expanded the global reach of the institution's executive education programs. Most recently, they worked at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business as the Executive Director of Executive Education. In this role, they integrated essential skills content into the EMBA program and expanded operational excellence programs globally. Currently, they are working at Executive Core, building a consulting practice for academic institutions and focusing on talent management and development.

Paul Velasco has a Bachelor of Philosophy in Communications from Northwestern University, with a focus on Communications Studies and Mathematics. Paul also holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, specializing in Strategy and Marketing.
