Jana Rida is currently the Student Body President at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Jana launched an academic success initiative and collaborated with Michigan Medicine. Jana is also a Laboratory Instructor, facilitating lab sessions for engineering students. Prior to these roles, Jana served as the Student Body Vice President, Director of Inclusion, Student Assistant, and Intern at various organizations. Additionally, Jana manages their own business, Jana's Scrunchies LLC, which Jana established at the age of 17. Jana is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Bioengineering.
