Joyce Brocaglia

Joyce Brocaglia is an experienced executive in the Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management and Transformational technologies industries. Joyce began their career in 1982 as a CPA at Ernst & Young. In 1986, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Alta Associates, the most prominent executive search firm specializing in Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management and Transformational technologies. In 2002, they founded the Executive Women's Forum on Information Security, Risk Management & Privacy, the largest member organization serving emerging leaders as well as the most prominent and influential female executives in the Information Security, Risk Management, Assurance and Privacy industries. In 2012, they joined the Advisory Board of Shared Assessments, the trusted source in third party risk assurance. In 2015, they became a Strategic Advisory Board Member of The International Consortium of Minority Cybersecurity Professional, a 501(c) 3 non-profit association dedicated to the academic and professional success of Minority Cybersecurity students and professionals. In 2017, they became a Member of the Board of Trustees at Drew University. In 2018, they founded BoardSuited, an innovative executive education company, and became a Member of the Board of Advisors at the RSA Conference. In 2019, they joined the Board of Advisor -Women’s Technology Council of New York Institute of Technology.

Joyce Brocaglia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Law from Montclair State University.
