Kerstin Zell

Kerstin Zell has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. In 2021, they joined the Executive Women's Forum on Information Security, Risk Management & Privacy as the Vice President of Operations and Strategy. In 2019, they were a Founding Member and Member of the Board at EmpoWE-R Women of InfoSec, the Chief Operations Officer at Lynx Technology Partners, Inc., and the Chapter President at Cyversity. In 2017, they were the VP of Strategic Planning & Initiatives; Org Development & Process Consultant at Heritage Cooperative. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Business Process Management Consultant at Principle Solutions Group. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. in several roles, including Manager of Governance, Risk and Compliance, Sr. Quality Analyst Enterprise Business Process Management, Supply Chain Management Analyst, Distribution Center Supervisor, and Receiving Clerk. From 2003 to 2007, they had various roles in retail, truck & trailer rental, volunteering, motherhood, and military spouse. Finally, from 1999 to 2003, they were a Customer Service Representative/National Transportation and a Kaufmännische Ausbildung at Schenker Deutschland AG.

Kerstin Zell completed their 13 year education at Gymnasium Mainz-Gonsenheim, where they earned their Abitur in English, German, and Social Studies. Kerstin then completed a Speditionskauffrau degree in Logistics/Transportation/Business at Berufsbildende Schule 1 Mainz. After that, they went on to participate in a Fortune 50 4-year rotational Supply Chain Management Program, where they earned their TASC Graduate certification. Finally, in 2018, they obtained a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Purdue University, Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Conner Partners.
