Jyothsna Rani

Jyothsna Rani has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Jyothsna began their career as an OPT Recruiter at Miracle Software Systems, Inc. In 2015, they moved to Vanguard Technologies as an HR Recruiter. In 2016, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Recruiter. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Talent Management Specialist at Covance. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Partner at Exeevo. Throughout their career, they have developed and implemented effective recruiting strategies, managed university relations, and conducted organization-wide training needs assessments.

Jyothsna Rani has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012. Jyothsna then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resourses Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. In 2014, Jyothsna Rani also obtained two certifications from Aspiring Minds: an AMCAT Certified Channel Sales Professional and an AMCAT Certified Collections Specialist.
