Barbara Lee

Barbara Lee has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Barbara started their career in 1997 as a Director of HR at CSC and worked there for 8 years. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the VP of HR at K. Hovnanian Homes. Following that, they joined Xerox Services as the VP of HR from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, they became the Global VP of HR at Aegis Communications Group for a year. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas. Barbara then took on the role of Vice President of People at The LaSalle Group from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources - North America at Exela Technologies, a role they have been in since 2019.

Barbara Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration from Lamar University. Barbara also has a Master of Science degree in Educational HR Development from Texas A&M University.
