John Hannam Ciwfm

John Hannam CIWFM has a comprehensive work experience spanning several decades. John began their career in 1988 with RSA where they worked in claims before moving on to SBJ Stephenson and then Link Insurance, both in claims roles as well. In 2001, they joined Rubicon as the Corporate Services Manager until 2006. John then joined BancTec & Dataforce UK where they held the position of Director, Corporate Services for EMEA. In this role, they were responsible for the management and delivery of risk, audit, compliance, property management, and procurement for the company's European operations. In 2017, John joined Exela Technologies as the Vice President, Corporate Services, EMEA. John'sresponsibilities included property management, procurement, and compliance in the EMEA region. Overall, John has a strong background in corporate services, risk management, compliance, and property management.

John Hannam attended Chatham Grammar School For Boys from 1980 to 1986. John did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Later, they pursued professional certifications including the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and the NEBOSH National General Certificate, which they obtained credit for. In 2010, they obtained the MIWFM certification from the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. Recently, in 2021, they obtained the CIWFM certification from the same institution.
