Manish Bhilwadkar

Manish Bhilwadkar has extensive work experience in quality management and leadership roles. Manish is currently working as a Senior Vice President - Quality at Exela Technologies since 2016. Prior to this, they held various positions at Concentrix, IBM Global Process Services, Ntrance (WNS), Honeywell Automation India Ltd, El-O-Matic India Pvt Ltd, Kirloskar Ebara, and Forbes Marshall. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in managing quality functions, training, transactional quality, process excellence, and ISO certifications.

Manish Bhilwadkar received a Dip In Industrial Management from Welingkar Institute of Management in 1995-1996 and a Dip. In Financial Management from the same institute in 2002-2003. Manish then completed an Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University in 2011 and an Accelerated Management Program - Advanced at Harvard Publishing in 2010. In 2015, they obtained a COPC Registered Coordinator certification from COPC. In 2018, they became a Certified Life Coach through the Certified Coaches Alliance, specializing in Career Transition. Manish also completed the Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking course at MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2017. Manish has additional certifications in various digital transformation and AI subjects from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023. Manish's educational background includes studies in management, finance, strategy, coaching, creativity, strategic thinking, executive decision making, accounts, financial planning, industrial law, and mechanical engineering.
