Pradeep Khairnar

Pradeep Khairnar is an experienced UX leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades in Creative Services and User Experience. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Exela Technologies since January 2022, Pradeep previously held the position of VP of User Experience at Pyxtech. A strong foundation in UX design was established at Skillsoft, where leadership in research, prototyping, usability testing, and design for various products was demonstrated. Pradeep's career also includes significant roles at Chittlesoft Solutions, Panchshil Group, and Dimensionz Software, focusing on collaborative design efforts and branding. Early career milestones include positions at RR Donnelley, Affinity Express, and The Walt Disney Company, where Pradeep made notable contributions to branding, team leadership, and customer experience initiatives. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Sir J J Institute of Applied Art.
