Susan Pandolf

Susan Pandolf is an accomplished professional in the field of compensation, benefits, and HRIS, currently serving as the VP of Compensation Benefits & HRIS at Exela Technologies since May 2018, and previously held the position of Director in the same department. Prior to Exela Technologies, Susan worked at Novitex Enterprise Solutions as a Senior Manager for Benefits and held various roles at Pall Corporation, including Global Benefits Manager and Senior Benefits Analyst. Experience also includes serving as Benefits Manager at American Express Company and Manager of Benefits and Insurance at Sbarro, Inc. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from City University of New York, Queens College.
