Roberta Ambrosini

Roberta Ambrosini is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing the entire employee lifecycle, change management, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Exelab since November 2022, Roberta oversees various HR functions, including compensation and benefits. Previously, Roberta worked as an HR Generalist at Nacon Studio Milan, focusing on employee development and performance management. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Experis and HR Specialist at Gruppo SCAI, where Roberta was responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding.
