Zhong Wang

Zhong Wang has extensive work experience in the field of biostatistics. They are currently working as the Director of Biostatistics at Exelixis since April 2021. Previously, Zhong worked at AstraZeneca as a Principal Statistician from August 2017 to April 2021. Before that, they worked at INC Research as a Senior Statistician from April 2014 to August 2017 and at Eli Lilly and Company as a Senior Statistician from January 2013 to April 2014. Zhong also has experience as a Biostatistician II at Wake Forest Baptist Health from May 2010 to December 2012. Additionally, they have prior experience in the electronics industry, having worked at Applied Materials as a Global Product Specialist/Manager from 2004 to 2008, and at Shanghai SIM-BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd as a Senior Electrical Engineer from 2002 to 2004.

Zhong Wang earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2002. Zhong then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Statistics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2010.
