Tony Bessey

Tony Bessey has over 10 years of experience in leadership and management roles. Tony is currently the Vice President of Strategic Growth at Exergy Solutions, where they are responsible for driving business development and growth strategies.

Prior to this, Tony served as the Managing Director at Integrated BPE from 2015 to 2023, overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the company.

Tony also has experience working at Shell Canada Energy, where they held various roles, including Business Process Excellence Manager and Business Integration Manager. In these positions, they led a team in developing and implementing strategies to improve oil sands processes, systems, and data.

Earlier in their career, Tony worked as a Director at SPARK The Energy Credit Union. In this role, they provided strategic guidance on operational, capital, investment, loan, and growth agendas.
