Tom Kemp

Tom Kemp has worked in various roles in the fitness industry since 2009. Tom began their career at Esporta as a Customer Service Manager, Central Membership Manager, and Central Membership Supervisor from 2009 to 2012. Tom then moved to Virgin Active, where they worked as a Deployment Manager and Implementation Analyst from 2012 to 2014. After that, they worked at Experto Credite Limited as a Collections Team Leader from 2013 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been with Exerp, where they have held the roles of Head of New Business Implementation - APAC, Consultancy Manager, Implementation Consultant, and Project & Account Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for new business in Australia and Asia Pacific, managing teams of consultants, conducting monthly 1-2-1's, streamlining work processes, and onboarding and managing new client projects.

Tom Kemp attended Frogmore Community College from 1997 to 2001 and Farnborough College of Technology from 2001 to 2003. Tom does not have any additional certifications.
