Jane Kyriacou

Jane Kyriacou has a strong work experience background, starting from their current role as a Programme Leader in Biology-A Level & BTEC Applied Science at Exeter College since January 2023. Jane previously worked as a Teacher of Biology at Churston Ferrers Grammar School from September 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were an Income Processing Manager at Guinness Care at Home from July 2015 to July 2018. Jane also worked as an Assistant to Director & Credit Control Manager at Garrod Beckett & Company Ltd from August 2007 to July 2015, and as a New Business Manager at Livewire Marketing Ltd from June 2003 to June 2007.

Jane Kyriacou has a strong educational background in the field of Biological Sciences. Jane completed their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Exeter between 1992 and 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Biological Research Methods from the same university, which they obtained in 1998. Jane continued their academic journey at the University of Exeter, where they successfully completed their PhD in Genetics & Biochemistry from 1998 to 2003. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate of Education / QTS from the University of Exeter, specializing in Secondary Science.
