Nikki H.

Nikki H. has a strong background in education and quality assurance. Nikki began their career at South Devon College in 2013, where they served as a Lead IQA and Trainer/Assessor until 2016. From there, they joined 3aaa Apprenticeships as a Regional Internal Quality Assurer/Manager for the Professional/Business Sector, a role they held from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Exeter College as a Lecturer and Lead IQA, a position they have held since 2019. Overall, Nikki has proven experience in both teaching and quality assurance within the education sector.

Nikki H. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from The Open University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including a L5 Diploma HR Management from CIPD (obtained in 2022), a Chartered Manager qualification from the Chartered Management Institute (obtained in January 2020), and an Award in Education and Training from CITY AND GUILDS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
