Jessica Sabani

Jessica Sabani has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jessica started their career at Santander Consumer USA in 2006, where they held various HR roles including HR Business Partner, Training and Development Manager, and HR Director. Jessica worked at the company until 2019, focusing on HR strategy, technology, and analytics. In 2020, they joined Exeter Finance as the VP of Human Resources and later took on the role of SVP Talent Management in 2021.
