Julian Fowler

Julian Fowler is an experienced talent development and training professional with a strong background in instructional design and training management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Manager at Exeter Finance since March 2022, Julian has previously held roles including Instructional Design Manager and Training Manager. Prior to this, Julian sought new opportunities in early 2020 after working as a Human Resources Professional. At Santander Consumer USA from April 2013 to January 2020, Julian excelled as the Manager of Training, focusing on enhancing employee skills and organizational performance.
