Philipp works with executives and their teams to bring out their strengths, follow their aspirations and bring their organization’s strategy to life.

Philipp has been an executive coach and leadership development consultant for clients in many different industries such as Healthcare, Consulting, Energy, Marketing & Communication, Automotive and Pharma since 2010. Prior to joining Exetor he worked 9 years as an entrepreneur and company executive, providing services in the media industry and 7 years as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. As a management consultant, Philipp served clients in the financial industries on topics such as sales excellence, organizational development and strategy.
