Jack Farris began their career in 2000 as a Regional Sales Manager for Akibia, where they were responsible for expanding Unix infrastructure support around Sun and HP systems. In 2004, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Farris Capital Partners, LLC, a M&A Advisory Group facilitating the discreet transition of wealth. Jack also held the position of EVP Sales/Partner at Signature Card, where they were in charge of sales, marketing and deployment of customized plastic card solutions and services throughout North America. In 2014, Jack joined Lanyon as Regional Sales Manager Commercial -MidMarket, overseeing sales of their SaaS offerings for meetings, events, and travel programs. In 2016, they became VP Global Sales, Field Service Division of ECI Software Solutions, responsible for the expansion of their end-to-end ERP Platforms. Most recently, in 2022, Jack was appointed Chief Sales Officer at Exigo, LLC, leading the global expansion of their compensation and incentive management solutions.

Jack Farris has a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Texas Tech University. Jack has also obtained certifications in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in June 2021, Holding Yourself Accountable from LinkedIn in February 2021, and Franklin Covey from FranklinCovey.
