Franke Joehl

Franke Joehl currently serves as VP of Regional Operations and Director of Operations for EXIT Realty South Central, overseeing operations in Alabama and Mississippi while collaborating with Regional Owners Troy and Kathy Dooley. Franke has also held roles as Director of Brokerage Development & Wellness and Director of Regional Operations for EXIT Realty Arkansas and EXIT Realty Oklahoma since August 2023. Additionally, Franke is a REALTOR® with EXIT Riverside Realty, specializing in First-Time Homebuyer and residential sales in Florida. Franke's experience includes serving as a national speaker for Fearlessly Authentic Coaching, focusing on social media and branding in the real estate sector. Previously, Franke owned Franke Joehl Photography and worked as the Director of Agent Development for EXIT REALTY LEADERS and has a strong educational background in Environmental Science, graduating cum laude from two high schools.
