Nilakshi Dhole is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead Data Analyst at EXL since July 2024, Nilakshi previously held the position of Senior Data Analyst at Clairvoyant from July 2022 to June 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Evolent Health as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Provider Data Management, and as Technical Lead - Data Analyst at Countants (By Roverside Solutions India Pvt Ltd), where customized solutions were developed to assess marketing campaign health for Men’s Wearhouse. Nilakshi's career began at Ericsson as a Network Engineer, contributing to the SPRINT project, and includes a tenure as a Data Analyst at Roverside Apps Private Ltd. Nilakshi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, completed in 2014.
