Danica Osmajić Jovanović is a skilled Human Resources professional with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at EXLRT since June 2021, Danica specializes in sourcing and recruiting top talent through diverse methods and conducting in-depth competence-based interviews.
