Alexandra Matveeva

Alexandra Matveeva has a range of work experience in various roles and companies.

Starting in 2013, they worked at London Gates Education Group as an Event Manager. In this role, they organized educational events, developed event concepts, managed budgets, and coordinated teams. Alexandra also facilitated and managed events in international branches of the company.

In 2016, Alexandra joined Ward Howell where they initially worked as an Intern before becoming an Analyst at the Talent Equity Institute and Leadership Consulting Practice. Alexandra later moved on to a role as a Senior Analyst, and eventually, a Business Associate and Senior Business Associate. During their time at Ward Howell, they gained experience in talent equity, leadership consulting, and business analysis.

In 2022, they joined Exness as a Junior Project Manager, and later took on the position of Human Resources Project Manager in 2023.

Throughout their career, Alexandra has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and contribute to strategic decision-making in a range of industries.

Alexandra Matveeva's education history includes a Master's degree in HR Management from CIPD Qualifications, which they pursued from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in World Economy and International Affairs, specializing in South-East Asia, from the Higher School of Economics, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.

Apart from their formal education, Alexandra has also obtained additional certifications. In March 2021, they received Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems. In September 2020, they obtained certification in Assessment and Development Centres from Detech Group.
