Hilda Chacky has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 till present. Hilda began their career as a Researcher at Tanzania Youth Alliance in 2013. Afterwards, they worked as an Operation Assistant at Tanzania Postal Bank in 2015 and as an HIV/AIDS Program Officer at Tanzania Youth Alliance from 2016 to 2017. Hilda then worked at NIC Bank Limited in 2018 as a Relationship Officer and Credit Analyst, and also as an Operation Assistant. In 2019, they joined NIC Bank Limited as a Customer Service Officer. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at NCBA Group as a Customer Experience Assistant, where they contributed to programs to optimize productivity and profitability. Currently, they are working at Exness as a Customer Support Executive since November 2022.

Hilda Chacky has a diverse education history. Hilda started their academic journey in 2007 at Canossa Secondary School, where they studied Arts and graduated in 2010. Following that, they attended Bendel Memorial Secondary School from 2011 to 2013, obtaining an Advanced Certificate of Secondary School Education with a focus on History, Economics, and Geography.

In 2013, Hilda enrolled at The Institute of Finance Management (IFM) and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance. Hilda completed their undergraduate studies in 2016.

Recognizing the importance of professional qualifications in the banking sector, Hilda joined the Tanzania Institute of Bankers Association from 2016 to 2018. During this period, they obtained the Certified Professional Banker credential, specializing in Banking and Financial Support Services.

Continuing their academic journey, Hilda pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Investment at The Institute of Finance Management from 2018 to 2020. Their field of study was Accounting and Finance.

Aside from their formal education, Hilda's commitment to personal growth and development is evident through their additional certifications. In 2010, they completed a course titled "Introduction to Computers" at CICT Ardhi University. Furthermore, in 2018, they became an alumni of the Young African Leader Initiative (YALI) through the 23rd cohort of YALI-RLC East Africa.
