Igor Matcko

Igor Matcko has a comprehensive work experience that spans several roles and companies. Igor is currently the Head of Development at Exness, where they manage multiple teams responsible for developing internal applications platforms. Igor also leads the Data Operations team and is responsible for refactoring team processes.

Igor Matcko began their education in 2005 at Magnitogorsk State Technical University named after G.I. Nosov (MSTU), where they obtained an engineer's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering in 2010. Igor continued their studies at MSTU and earned a Master's degree in Information and Computer Science from 2014 to 2016. Igor then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Automation and control of technological processes and production (by industry), which they completed at MSTU from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their degrees, Igor Matcko obtained a certification in Middle Management Excellence Program from Stanford GSB Executive Education in July 2023.
