Irina R.

Irina R. has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to project management, business consulting, and software engineering. Irina currently works as a Senior Project Manager at Exness since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at IBS for 14 years, starting as a SCADA software engineer at Chermet avtomation from November 2004 to October 2005. Irina then worked as a Consultant at CROC from November 2005 to May 2009. At IBS, they held multiple roles including Business Consultant from June 2009 to September 2014, where they analyzed and optimized business processes and implemented information systems. Irina then worked as a Project Manager from September 2014 to August 2021, leading the lifecycle of various IT projects and maintaining client relationships. Finally, they served as a Project Director from August 2021 to January 2023, overseeing interrelated projects in the Gas & Oil segment and collaborating with executive management to develop new strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Irina R. obtained their Master's degree in Engineering in thermophysics, automation, and ecology from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS" (Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys) from 2000 to 2005.

In addition to their Master's degree, they have obtained various certifications. In November 2020, they received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Earlier, in May 2018, they obtained a certification in Organizational Behaviour from Высшая Школа Экономики. In February 2018, they also obtained certifications in Marketing Management and Marketing from the same institution. Lastly, in September 2016, they received a certification in Financial Markets and Institutions from Высшая Школа Экономики.
