Kseniia Chistova

Kseniia Chistova has work experience as a QA Engineer at Magine Pro starting in 2022. At Exness, they worked as a QA Engineer from 2017 to the present, taking on the role of QA Lead in 2021. In this role, they developed quality processes and documentation, led QA processes in multiple product teams, implemented and supported synthetic monitors, and developed an automated process for QA hiring. Kseniia also worked as a QA engineer from 2018 to 2020, where they analyzed and tested requirements, executed functional tests using the Pytest framework, created test scenarios in Allure TestOps, and performed infrastructure testing in AWS using Inspec framework and AWS SDK. Prior to Exness, they worked at MERA as a QA Test Engineer from 2012 to 2017, where they also took on the role of Senior Test Engineer and combined QA responsibilities with the Scrum Master role. In this position, they prepared Test Plans for new features and updated the test strategy according to project development plans.

Kseniia Chistova obtained their Master's degree in Information Technology from Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (NNGASU) from 2007 to 2012. Furthermore, they also hold a certification in Certified Tester, Foundation Level from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page, obtained in March 2022.
