Mandy Chot

Mandy Chot has extensive experience in talent acquisition and resourcing roles. Mandy began their career as a Recruitment & Planning Officer at AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad in 2010. Later, they joined Citibank Berhad as a Recruitment Assistant Manager in August 2010 and worked there until September 2013. Mandy then moved on to Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, where they served as a Resourcing Manager from September 2013 to December 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Exness, starting from December 2017.

Mandy Chot obtained a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Business Studies with a field of study in Business Administration from Abertay University.
