Mateusz Wyka

Mateusz Wyka has a strong background in project management and process improvement. Mateusz is currently working at Exness as a Senior Trading Operations Manager, where they manage end-to-end projects/programs, including project ideation and implementation, stakeholder management, and project documentation. Mateusz also identifies process inefficiencies and proposes improvements, as well as develops and manages KPIs.

Prior to their current role, Mateusz worked at Exness as a Senior Project Manager - Team Leader in COO Office, where they provided guidance and support to team members, delegated tasks based on their strengths, and fostered a collaborative team environment.

Before joining Exness, Mateusz worked at Credit Suisse as a Project Manager in Global Process Advisory and Transformation, where they were responsible for project management in process advisory and transformation.

Mateusz also has experience working at EY as a Senior Process Consultant and Developer in Robotic Process Automation, Senior Quality Analyst in Service Excellence, and Accounts Associate in General Ledger, where they gained expertise in process automation and quality analysis.

Mateusz started their career at UPS Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Junior Accountant in General Ledger, and also worked at Chatham Bars Inn as a Room Service Attendant.

Mateusz Wyka's education history is as follows:

Mateusz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Uniwersytet Zielonogórski from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, which they completed between 2011 and 2013.

Mateusz further enhanced their education by gaining a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu from 2013 to 2014. Mateusz then pursued another Postgraduate degree in Project Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, which they completed in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Mateusz obtained several certifications to expand their professional skills. Mateusz received certifications such as Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner from APMG International in October 2021. In December 2019, they obtained the AgilePM® Foundation and AgilePM® Practitioner certifications from APMG International.

Furthermore, Mateusz holds the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Credit Suisse (October 2019), the Blue Prism Accredited certification from Blue Prism (May 2017), the Corporate Readiness Certificate (CRC) in Project Management from IBM (May 2017), the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate from EY (February 2017), and the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice (January 2017).
