Nikita Nadezhin

Nikita Nadezhin has a diverse work experience in the field of IT, spanning over several years. Starting in 2009, Nikita worked as a L1-L2 Technical Support Engineer at TensorTelecom, providing customer-focused support and resolving network issues. From 2010 to 2011, Nikita served as a Junior System Administrator at SMD - Access Control Systems, managing office LAN and maintaining Linux servers. In 2011, Nikita joined A-Real Consulting as a Junior Software Engineer, working in an agile development team and contributing to code optimization and UI development.

From 2012 to 2015, Nikita worked as a Linux System Administrator at ООО Компания Тензор, managing a sub-team of on-duty administrators and ensuring the smooth operation of virtual servers. As a freelance consultant from 2015 to 2018, Nikita provided IT services, developed Python software, and managed Linux servers for various clients.

At ООО Компания Тензор, from 2018 to 2020, Nikita held two positions. Firstly, as a DevOps Build Engineer in the Development department, Nikita automated package building/testing and application deployment, managing multiple dev/test environments. Secondly, as a Network Automation Engineer in the Infrastructure department, Nikita developed a data network management system and set up control systems for equipment configuration.

From 2020 to 2021, Nikita worked as a Network Automation Engineer at AVITO.ru, implementing a network management system, automating tasks related to VPN servers, and creating a network CMDB service. Currently, Nikita is employed as a Senior DevOps Release Engineer at Exness, where they lead the development and implementation of an automated release platform and drive the DevOps transformation across teams.

Nikita Nadezhin attended the Yaroslavl College of Chemistry and Mechanics from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a degree in Industrial Control System Technician with a focus on industrial control systems (ICS).
