Olesya Bezhan

Olesya Bezhan has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Olesya started their career in 2005 as a Programmer and Implementation Specialist at Quorum, where they developed the front-end part of an automated banking system and trained users. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an IT Trainer at Cetelem, where they trained employees of the French bank BNP Paribas in the internal automated banking system.

In 2010, Bezhan joined Samsung Electronics as a Business Trainer, specializing in products and sales. Olesya later moved on to Aero eCommerce Agency in 2011, where they worked as an Analyst and Technical Writer. Their responsibilities included converting customer requirements into project documentation, consulting the development team, and presenting solutions to customers.

Bezhan then joined Newtone Group in 2017 as an IT Analyst, before transitioning to LC Group in 2018 as a Senior IT Analyst. At LC Group, they worked on an international fintech project on the Mexican market, focusing on web platform development and microservice architecture. Olesya was responsible for implementing integrations with Mexican payment services, setting up internal integrations, and developing debtor's redistribution algorithms for the debt collection department.
