Olga Dashkovets

Olga Dashkovets has a strong background in resource and operations management. Olga most recently worked at Exness as an Operations Manager, where they collaborated with multiple business streams to determine resource needs and create staffing plans for projects. Olga also coordinated hiring plans for external resources and managed all subcontracted projects from proposal review to budget creation. Prior to that, Olga worked at eWave Commerce as a Resource Manager, where they were responsible for the whole cycle of resource management, including process planning, organization, implementation, and controlling. Olga also developed processes for resource management, bench, and skills matrix. Earlier in their career, Olga worked at HiQo Solutions, Inc. as a Resource Manager. Overall, Olga has a diverse range of experience in managing resources and overseeing subcontracted projects.

Olga Dashkovets attended Belarusian State University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a degree in International Relations and Affairs. Olga'sspecific degree is International Relations Specialist, Translator in English and Swedish. In addition to their formal education, Olga has obtained several certifications.
