Thanh Nguyen

Thanh Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. Their most recent position was at EXNESS, where they served as a Senior Key Account Manager starting in October 2019. Prior to this, they held roles such as Anti Financial Crime Officer and Risk Management Officer. At EXNESS, they also served as a Technical Support Team Leader, where they managed a team and ensured efficient customer service. They also had responsibilities as a QA Officer, managing chats checking and translation. They provided support to the Marketing department by communicating with Vietnamese partners and organizing events. Before joining EXNESS, Thanh worked at Scicom (MSC) Bhd as a Customer Service representative, supporting customers with enquiries and complaints. Their earliest experience was at the American International School, where they served as an Admin/Consultant/HR Assistant, organizing events and consulting students and parents about the school program.

Thanh Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education Administration at the University of Social Science and Humanities from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they obtained a teaching certificate from VNUHCM-University of Social Sciences and Humanities in June 2008. Thanh has also acquired several certifications, including AML for FinTechs and Fraud from ACAMS in July 2019. They have further obtained certifications in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) (APAC), Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (Global), and Preventing Financial Crime (Global) from Thomson Reuters in May 2018.
