Yaroslav Kapsalov

Yaroslav Kapsalov has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Yaroslav started their career at TransTeleCom in 2007, where they held various roles such as Head of Internet Operation Group, Chief of IP Network Operation Department, and Head of Capacity Management Division. In these roles, Yaroslav was responsible for network and service operation, planning and coordination, and development of the company's IP/MPLS backbone network.

In 2012, Yaroslav joined SISLaboratory as a Technical Director, where they worked until 2017. During their time there, they oversaw technical operations and was involved in decision-making for technical issues.

From 2017 to 2022, Yaroslav was employed by Cisco as a Technical Consulting Engineer. In this role, they provided high-touch support for premium accounts and focused on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, escalation support, and maintenance window support.

Currently, Yaroslav is working at Exness as a Network Engineer, starting in 2023.

Yaroslav Kapsalov attended the Russian State Technological University named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky (MATI) from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained their degree as an Engineer.
