Batya Marcus has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Batya is currently serving as the Head of Legal at Exodigo since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Meitar | Law Offices as an Associate specializing in Hi Tech & Technology M&A. During their time at Meitar, they represented international and domestic companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other investors in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and private equity investments. Before that, Batya worked as an Associate at Shibolet & Co. from September 2020 to May 2021 and as a Legal Trainee from March 2019 to March 2020 at the same firm. Batya also has experience as a Senior Financial Advisor at KPMG from October 2017 to July 2019. Additionally, Batya worked as a Gaverment Relation & Lobbying Advisor at Gilad Government Relations & Lobbying from October 2015 to 2017. Batya held various roles at JCYA-Jerusalem Municipality, including Director of Resource Development from January 2014, and as the Program Director for the "Connect Jerusalem" program in July 2014. Batya has also worked at Galileo Satellite Navigation, Rehovot Municipality, and First International Bank of Israel in different capacities.

Batya Marcus has a strong education history. Batya obtained a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Bar-Ilan University in the years 2015 to 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws LL.B. (JD equivalent) in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law at Ono Academic College from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Finance, and Marketing at Lev Academic Center (JCT) from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their educational achievements, Batya Marcus has also earned multiple certifications. Batya became an Attorney through the New York State Bar Association in November 2022 and obtained their Attorney certification from the Israel Bar Association in October 2020. Furthermore, they became a certified Mediator through the Israel Bar Association in May 2020.
