Javier Jiménez

Javier Jiménez has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of cybersecurity and software development. Javier started their career in 2012 as a Community Manager at Endesa. In 2014, they worked as a Software Developer at Fastfy, where they gained experience in web development and system administration. Javier then joined Grupo Poas in 2015 as a Programmer before moving to escuela trazos as a Speaker, where they gave presentations on information security and web attacks.

In 2015, Javier began working at InnoTec System as a Pen-tester and Developer. In this role, they conducted vulnerability testing, penetration tests, and malware analysis. Javier also developed software solutions to prevent and detect malware, phishing, and pharming.

From 2017 to 2020, Javier worked at SensePost, initially as a Lead Security Consultant and later as a Senior Analyst Team Lead. In these positions, they provided security consulting services and led a team of analysts.

Most recently, Javier joined Exodus Intelligence in 2020 as a Researcher. Further details about their role and responsibilities are not provided.

Javier Jiménez completed their undergraduate education at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, from 2008 to 2015. Javier earned a Grado en Ingeniería (Bachelor's degree) in Ingeniería de software (Software Engineering). Additionally, they obtained three certifications from Offensive Security: OSEE in November 2018, OSCE in September 2016, and OSCP in March 2016.
