Brad Goodin

Brad Goodin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, renewable energy, and property management. Currently a Realtor at eXp Realty and an Independent Consultant and Solar Expert at Powur, PBC, Brad has also held roles as an Associate with WealthWave since 2017. As the Founder and President of Soltech Electric Inc., Brad oversees the sale and installation of solar panel systems, managing various aspects of project feasibility and operations. Additionally, Brad serves as President of Rancho Group Inc. and the South Strand Condominium Owners Association, where responsibilities include managing residential and commercial development projects as well as HOA functions. Brad further enhances expertise by managing beachfront vacation properties and a mobile home park. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a B.S. in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, and having studied abroad in Spain, Brad continues to invest in professional development within the renewable energy sector.
