Bryon Ellington

Bryon Ellington has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry, specializing in training and development. Bryon currently holds the position of Chief Learning Officer at eXp Realty, a role they have been in since 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as CEO of BEXponential starting from 2022.

Before joining eXp Realty and BEXponential, Bryon had a notable tenure at CENTURY 21® as Chief Development Officer (CDO) and later as Chief Operating Officer. As CDO, they led multiple divisions and teams, achieving significant growth in agent count and successfully onboarding new franchises. As COO, they worked alongside the CEO to reorganize the company's staff and implemented strategies that resulted in record growth and high franchise renewal rates.

Their previous experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Learning at Realogy Holdings Corp., where they oversaw the training and coaching organization for multiple brands and achieved consistent agent production growth. Bryon also held the position of Chief Learning Officer at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where they developed training programs and played an instrumental role in the company's recognition as a top training company in the world.

Prior to their senior leadership roles, Bryon held various positions within Keller Williams, including Chief Operations Officer of Keller Williams Worldwide. In this role, they led the successful expansion of Keller Williams into multiple countries, establishing business models and overseeing franchise sales.

Throughout their career, Bryon demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning, leadership, and implementing growth initiatives. Bryon has been recognized for their contributions to the real estate industry through awards and accolades, including induction into the Training Magazine Hall of Fame.

Bryon Ellington earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1998. Bryon then completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship at Acton School of Business from 2011 to 2012.
